Order detail/updates would be nice
Could use a little more detail on how long between order and pick up time, or an estimated time of when the order will be/is ready.
App not user friendly...
Spent time registering for an account only to find out upon submission that I already had an account (kinda my bad, but a quick check of my email on their end would have minimized my frustration). After that hassle, I coordinated an order with 4 others only to find out that they weren’t accepting orders after trying to place the order. How about disabling the online orders if you’re not accepting orders?!?

Doesn’t work
Kept getting some error when paying and order never went through.
Needs estimated order time
The app doesn’t say anything about how long your order will take once it’s confirmed, so I had to call the store to ask (which defeats the point of ordering online). Then when I picked up my order at the time I was told on the phone, my pizza and wings were both lukewarm—meaning my order had been sitting there for some time. I shouldn’t have to microwave a freshly made order. Clearly the current system isn’t working.

App works the same as online
Editing initial review from when app failed to load anything as that seems to have been corrected.
The app functions essentially the same as the online version so everything is in the same locations and is easy to place an order.
