Annoyed - Don’t bother
Completed creating an account, however, the app will not accept it - something to do with error code 100/not being associated with an object....? Basically, it does not accept a phone number. Though the option to ‘contact support’ shows up in a pop-up message, you would think a ‘glitch’ of this sort would have been tested and/or fixed prior to rolling out the app for download. It appears other customers have had similar issues with seemingly very basic functions in the app.

I slide my grease mitts across the screen and a nice man or gal brings me hot good stuff. It’s a good arrangement all things considered.
Terrible - Do not use
This is the worst restaurant app that I have ever used. 50% of my order was wrong when I picked it up. The actual restaurant had to call to ask me about details of the order because they don’t get it from the app. The actual restaurant says they are alerted to an app order by a fax! When creating an account, no auto-fill was used. It didn’t tell me I had an account until after I filled out everything. The credit card payment screen was shady (probably will have a compromised credit card). There was never any spot that told the estimated time for when the food would be ready.
When the order was submitted, it says “Your food is on the way”. I order carry out so then I was wondering if I hit delivery. I went to check the summary email to confirm...there is no summary email! This must be a very low budget app and hopefully no one uses it.

Very easy to use, just needs a few add ons
Need estimated delivery time or pickup time and a receipt/confirmation email when an order is submitted

Easy but could be better
This app is pretty intuitive but it doesn’t reflect the Tuesday special of $9.99 for large one topping. Get that fixed and I will use it every week. Thanks
App and website does not work for delivery
This app is trash, I try to set up delivery and a pop up says we got fact wrong and told me once I needed a valid address witch I did use a valid address , then a loading icon is stuck in the middle of my iPad screen until I leave the app. The web sight for delivery does not work ether at least in my town, it brings me to a blank page saying delivery is not available for online ordering. Such good food yet I never hade so many problems with any other restaurant, more past experiences were not good. Maybe I should try out ruffs for once. This kinda makes me sad

Payment error code
The app is easy to use and I like how it’s set up. However, every time i come to the payment screen I get an error. No matter which card I use. I’ve come back a few times in the past months to see if this glitch is fixed. It is not, so it is basically useless.
As a matter of fact, I just tried to order a special deal of a large pizza and wings for $19.99,on the app. Of course it didn’t work so I signed in online. There was no mention of that same deal so I ended up paying almost $10 more for the same order. Ridiculous.

Great app. Easy to use. Only thing that would make it better was if it remembered my payment information
