Update horrible
So I updated and now I don’t see where my points are any more. Tried to sign in and says I don’t exist but when I go to their website my profile is there. App is really a mess!
Horrible Update
Can’t order thru the app anymore. Doesn’t recognize my login anymore. Don’t fix any bugs just made it worse. Lost a customer!!
Rewards?
Before this latest update I was able to see my rewards points. How do I do that now? There is no app support either. Just takes me to the website.

If you love Green Mill like I do, and love Green Mill delivered like I do, use this app. This app is the only way to get delicious Green Mill delivered to your home; stay away from the website.
Complete waste of time
This app is very pretty but functionally useless. What good is an ordering app that can’t accept payments? There’s also zero option to pay with cash so since the app canNOT accept credit card payments without kicking an error no matter what kind of card is used and you can’t place an order without paying first, you can’t even order food with it. At absolute best, this is just a glorified menu and nothing else because you WILL have to call your order in if you want to get it.

Waste of time.
Got a gift card for the place and wanted to pick up an order on the way home from work. Selected “Guest” for this one time order and after I’d selected what I wanted, they made me create an account anyway. Couldn’t finish my order because they wanted me to input a credit card. There’s no “pay at on pick up” option.
So I can order at the restaurant and wait or regift this gift card.

Always a good experience
Great food, great service, and best of all app that’s easy to use!
Doesn’t connect with existing rewards account
I have a rewards account at Green Mill. This app lets you log in only by email and password, but I signed up using a phone number. My account has my email but no password, and when I try to reset the password using the app’s forgot password link , it says there is no account with this email. This circle renders the app virtually useless. I don’t want to chance signing up again with my email so as not to lose existing balances, nor do I want to sign up using a different email where my rewards also would have to start over.
