Worst app ever
Lost my account twice, errors processing credit card...latest spent 10min ordering a couple of pizzas for delivery, entered all info and then hit confirm order and then a message store not accepting delivery. Why not say then when you select delivery at the beginning of the order? Was patient, but have now selected a different place because this app is soooo bad. (Service calling for delivery is just as bad)

This app is great. Now it's even easier to get my Green Mill deep dish pizza!!! How can life get any better than this. Thanks Green Mill!
Logging in
Every time I try logging in my account the app closes.
Needs work
This app needs a lot of work to compete with other restaurants in this field. I was so fed up with it I just ended up calling.
Garbage app
I downloaded the app and tried to log in with my existing login info. I got an error message saying the email was not in the correct format. Ok.... I then tried to create a new account. Still the app said I inputted information in the wrong format. Not going to waste my time anymore. Deleted.
You ruined your app!
I’ve been using your app on iPhone for about a year and I liked it. It worked well. I like the “recent orders” function and the integrated rewards tracking. I just updated it and it is now complete garbage. It doesn’t load/display well on iPhone, it couldn’t find me as a registered customer, it lost my order and I had to re-enter it.

The app is glitchy...every bit of it. Deleted and uploaded twice with worse results.

Difficult and slow
App ordering and online ordering systems have several obstacles that cause delays and incorrect orders. The location selection process is difficult to navigate and customization is difficult so it takes too much time to order. Editing the order is not easy so the order needs to be re-done. Finally orders are often incorrect and details missed when completed.

This app is trash on my iphone 7. I never call to order anywhere but this app is so bad and buggy that calling is just easier.
