The app is super easy to use and convenient! My only critique is I wish you could renew parking within the last 10 minutes of the meter expiring! Its stressful to watch the countdown and hope your renew before you get a ticket!

This is such a great service... staying in a cute it makes it super easy to make sure your meter is paid! Mine was I need to deed at 7am, I was able to do it from my room! I went out and I was the only one that didn’t get a ticket! Super Easy!
Great convenience
I love being able to pay with my phone. No one ever remembers change and I never have enough of it. Super easy to set up and use.
Still got parking tickets
Twice I have used this app while going to brunch on Bardstown road and still got parking tickets and had to file an appeal to get them removed. Obviously not all parking enforcement people are checking with the system. Just be aware.
Double Charged
Be aware that their notification system is not always accurate. I got a message that my session was expiring so I paid again. Well, it wasn’t expired and they won’t refund me.
