Never picked up
On June 11 I ordered a pick up for 5:15 am at my home for a 7:00 flight. At 5:30 am when my driver hadn’t shown up, I rechecked the app and received a message that they were still looking for a driver. I waited for 15 more minutes for my status to change. At that point I had to drive myself cutting it close for my flight. This was not the biggest disappointment but rather the $300 parking charge I had to pay because I didn’t have time to catch a shuttle from a remote lot at a lower price.
Will be thinking hard before I use the service again.
