Don’t fly this airline!
Still stuck on the plane. We left on the first flight of the day out of ATW to PIE. Left 2 hours late. Very little info so when I asked the flight crew that was standing around by the gate they said there was a ground stop into Florida. Odd for this early in the morning but ok. I immediately checked the FAA website and no ground stops so I have no idea why the delay. As I write this after landing 2 hours late, now no gate is available, so we are just sitting on the taxiway. Update, now 2:15 hours late, gate is available, no ramp agents to park us. How are we 2:15 late and no one told them we were coming? Is anyone running this place? Just pulled into the gate, 2:30 minutes late. To say this is a no frills airline is an understatement, it is a no service airline.
