Very Easy with a few bugs
Overall a really easy airline to book and fly. A few glitches on the website made things difficult to purchase, couldn’t update a credit card, eventually got this sorted over the phone. The attempt to offer me a rental car at the time of purchase sounded good, until it offered the most ridiculous price and despite several attempts couldn’t get it offer me a car at anything less than $600 a week more than everyone else so declined that and rented a car separately. But as for flying quick and easy.
If you need carry-on OR checked bag BUY this at ticket purchase time it’s much cheaper, but then do look at the full ticket price as it can be more than others if you need to add both a roll-on bag and a checked bag.
