The worst airline ever!
Flight delays and cancellations seem to happen frequently, with little to no communication or support from staff, leaving travelers stranded and stressed. On top of that, Frontier’s ‘affordable’ flights aren’t actually good once you factor in their excessive baggage fees. They charge for almost everything, including carry-on bags, so the final price quickly adds up to more than a ticket with a full-service airline. You may feel it is a great deal if you don’t have any baggage, but the frequent flights cancellation/delays will soon cause you pain and will eat up all you saved in previous flights.
Additionally, the long, inconvenient layovers make trips exhausting and stressful, and there’s usually no support if something goes wrong. They might appear affordable upfront, but the hidden fees, frequent delays, and terrible customer service make them far from a good value. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking with Frontier.
