Wonderful option

Still got a ticket but easily resolved

I still got a ticket but it was easily and quickly resolved with a phone call. Love the ease of use with this app. No more digging for quarters or running to a meter when a hospital visit goes longer than planned.

Where did my money go???

I paid for an hour on the meter. When I came back, the meter did not show that I had paid. Where did my money go then? Don’t use this app, use Parc.

You will still get a ticket

I guess the city of Louisville doesn’t care if you pay for parking in the app, because you will still get a ticket. What a joke.

Works well - big improvement over previous

It’s a great little program that has always done what I was asking. I did get a ticket despite having the app paid spot once, but it was user error on my part and I had input the incorrect code. A call to the parking office, a screen shot or two, and the fact that the other spot had a dumpster in it resulted in a refund.

I only have used this app at certain spots downtown but have never had a problem over than the above which was my own fault.

The only thing I wish I could change is a mandatory 4hr cap on any given spot. I think that’s a Louisville Parking office rule for certain zones and not a problem with the app. It can just be annoying slightly for 4.5 hour parking ... where the last half hour prompts a sprint with quarters!

Tl:dr - great app, no major issues. It’s a good update over the passport parking app that preceded it. Would recommend.

Still got a ticket

I put time on my meter using this app but I still got a ticket. I took a screenshot of the app and appealed over a week ago but I still haven’t heard back.

App does not work and customer service is very deficient

I parked in downtown Louisville and used the app to pay. When I came back to my car I had a traffic fine. I contacted customer service for them to help me get rid of the traffic violation and their reply was: “Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that this happened. Unfortunately, we don’t issue the tickets or have the ability to dismiss citations in this help-desk. Please contact your local parking operator at (502) 574-3817 and they will be happy to assist you. If we can help with anything else, let us know!

So their service does not work and their customer service us not willing to assist with the ticket issue. Bravo! My advice: go old school with some quarters.
