HELP
Seeing all these negative reviews and I can’t even connect the camera to the app to even make a proper one. When the app ask to switch to the camera from the WiFi it just loads then when it finishes nothing. Is there a reason for this? Or is the app a dud?mrmaple1
App crash
The app crashes whenever I try to check event recordings (local). It’s soooo annoying! And it takes a long time to download. Guess I ought to buy something newer 🤷♀️ and possibly a different brand 🤔Nicole Scruggs
It works only when the app is open.
The camera will work only if the app is open. I can’t use another app on my phone at the same time. The notifications (for movement detection) only show up when I open the camera inside the app and they show up without a notification sound. Sound detecting feature is not showing. The app will not notify me if my baby is crying.Show lessLaylism

Not sure what happened but every time I try to add a second camera it crashes. So frustration! Does anyone else have this issue or solution. Please help!LookOutWorld

Worked great until......
I loved these cameras and the ability to view history. My 94 year old dad is in an assisted living facility and it’s important that we are able to make sure he is cared for properly. Since the iOS 13 update, I have not been able to view history on the iPhone or iPad. Since October, I have sent a request at least monthly, and I am told that the programmers are still working on it. Every month I pay 10$ for the capability of viewing history hoping this month it will be fixed. If viewing history is important to you, do not purchase these cameras!Show lessdbanzhaf
App crashes
Whenever I go to check the motion history on the cloud. The app crashes. What’s the point of paying for a subscription if I can’t ever watch the recordings?Ash7183
Doesn’t work!
I contacted vtech support on Oct. 15 and was told by Shadow that you would have this fixed by Thursday of that week! For over a month now, the app crashes every time you click “view history” to see the recorded videos. I’m paying a monthly subscription for nothing. The app also now makes you swipe through 7 worthless instructional screens before you can see your cameras EVERY time you open the app. Why?Show lessMcpercy

After the update, the app crashes everytime i want to check the recording history. Still get the motion detect notifications but can’t check the history. PLEASE FIX! I subscribed for the monthly plan, and now I feel like I’m just throwing the money away.Oxford_7181
