My camera connects really fast. I like the pan and tilt features so I can look around.
App is horrible
App is very horribly made and not updated ever very sluggish doesn’t even support iPhone X yet I have small screen when app is opening terrible all around .

Was working great...
Was working great until the last update. Now I get 3 notifications every time motion is detected and it’s ding, ding, ding. Very annoying. Sometimes it detects motion when no one is in the area.
Notifications were working ok till update
The app and cams had been working great till the latest update, I no longer get motion sensing notifications, please note. Thanks!
Unable to add camera
I’ve been trying to add the camera in my app for hours now with no success. Very frustrating.
Terrible app
The monitor that came with the cameras works good. No problems. The app is beyond terrible. You can't access the cameras while on the same WiFi network. Shut off WiFi and use cell data and I can access them. WiFi at work? No problem. Three cell phones and two iPads can't hook to them on the same WiFi. The app won't do anything but load. Get off that WiFi network and it works. Kind of. When it wants. Usually between about 8AM and 5PM it doesn't work. Shows an old picture. It's dark outside and it shows full sun outside. Notifications arrive about 10 minutes after the event. Usually longer, if at all. Tried to contact support and guess what? Not a phone number, email or chat link. Nothing at all. Wish I could give this a lot less than one star. If support ever reads this, I'd like to figure out what is going on.

Must load email and password each time you look at the camera!!!
Cloud playback not working again
Please fix. Cloud video player is not working on iPhone app. Just continously shows the spinning circle and then times out. Unable to view any video clips from motion sensor.
Pretty good monitor
Does it's job, set up was easy, and motion detector is awesome. As for app, it wish it stayed logged in or have fingerprint ID log in option.
