Major issues with the app
Two major issues. 1) The app crashes a lot. 2) Color corrected videos are lagging. The only reason why I downloaded this app was for the color correction feature. I even paid for the vip membership and not even a week later it becomes useless. I’ve been trying to get a reply from customer service on the app for weeks with no luck. I even sent a message through Instagram. No response.
I wouldn’t bother downloading this app, or at least not paying for the vip membership.

App UX NOT WORKING
This app USED to be great but their design and dev team don’t care about fixing a bug saying iCloud videos cannot be color corrected. I’ve never experienced this on any videos for an entire year. Now all of the sudden it won’t color correct any of my videos saying download your iCloud videos to your phone (uhhhh why??? Makes no sense and who knows how to do that?!). So I download to my phone and when I click on a video it STILL says cannot correct iCloud video. Your UX TEAM IS HORRIBLE. I paid for this app I expect it to work and function. And so do other paying customers.

Help!
I LOVE this app, but all of a sudden, it won’t color correct my videos, only my photos. When I try to color correct a video, it says “sorry dive+ does not currently support color restoration…”. But, my videos ARE downloaded to my phone, so I don’t know what’s going on.
No longer works for video
This is my go-to app for correcting my underwater photos. All of a sudden I am getting a message that “dive+ does not support color restoration for iCloud videos, please download to your phone before color correction”. I am 100% sure these videos are not stored in the iCloud and there is nothing I can do to load videos now. The app has lost half its value for me. I am very disappointed.

Confusing app. Couldn’t figure out how to import more photos to correct colours. Couldn’t figure out how to delete photos from the app and import new ones. Gave up and deleted the app
So Slow!
The idea of the app is amazing, I love it! The problem is that the app is extremely slow and lags SO MUCH! It takes for ever to post photos and videos and sometime it doesn’t load at all! Moving from one page to another is frustrating.
Please fix this and I’m sure it could be the leading Scuba social app available!

Poor customer service
The app itself worked well initially and then it kept rejecting my login and I was unable to access the full version.
Numerous attempts at contacting the App owner over a period of 3 weeks met with nothing but silence, leaving me with no choice but obtain a refund from Apple. Shame as it seems a good app

Working great now
Can be glitchy and useless but I think currently they have everything worked out
Love it!
I love the idea of this app. it’s very simple but very attractive. I can see the potential of this community that can improve a lot more and become a larger in the future.
Great color correction and memories
Each time i go in to correct photos it reminds me of dives past. Thank you for your app!
