Great product, terrible support...
I have been chasing them for over a month about my VIP purchased upgrade, their system mistakenly credited it as a month instead of a year. And now no one replies to emails sent.
Posts on their FB page and messages sent through it are supposedly sent/forwarded to the CEO for action. But no reply is received at all to that. And the support channel personnel say they can’t do anything more to escalate it...

Sorry for the bad experience. We just updated the app to 3.1.5 and should be compatible with iOS 14 system. Could you please update directly from AppStore (search ‘Dive+’ on AppStore) to update. It should be working now. Apologies again.
