Disgusting support that ignores all my appeals
Every time I contact support, I receive the same automated response directing me to use an appeal form on the site. However, this form does not work: each time I attempt to fill it out, the system notifies me that I have exceeded the number of attempts and asks me to try again the next day. As a result, I am unable to submit my request and have been left without a solution for months.
I have provided all necessary information to verify my identity, including photos with identification and other supporting evidence, and have tried to follow the support instructions. However, the automated responses and non-functioning form make it impossible to resolve my issue.
I kindly ask that the automated responses stop and that my request be manually reviewed. I need support to finally address this issue, and I hope that this message in social media/app review will draw attention to my request. This situation is extremely frustrating, as privacy and security are critical to me.
