So easy to use and is a great way to stay on track with injections
Much better than before
This app has had its ups and downs, but is definitely on the rise now. It helps with compliance during at home allergy immunotherapy. Never forget to do shots because of the consistent reminders! Seems that all bugs and kinks have been adjusted with the newer, updated version!
Can’t Register
I tried to set up this app for my daughter but I can’t even register any information to be able to log in & use it.
Can be Dangerous!!
As others have said, when it works, it is great. I also agree that the notifications are not persistent enough.
My primary issue is that the app has started sending notifications to take my injections on days they are not due. This has happened several times and I’ve almost taken my injections when they were not due. This could be extremely dangerous if someone does not catch the error before sticking a needle in their body. IMO this is a bug that needs to be fixed inmediatas it is very dangerous.

Not impressed at all
So far, it’s a no star app. I can’t even download it. Been trying all day and nothing happens. I can download other apps but something is wrong here. Very disappointed!!
Useless
This app stopped working over 6 months ago, my doctor filled a support ticket and they have yet to correct the issue.
Good app but issues
I love using the app to keep up with my injections. My only complaint is the bugs associated with it. It will just randomly quit working. To fix you must delete the app and reinstall. When you do reinstall you have to reenter all the expiration dates again. Also it sends a code via text when you sign in. Most apps will ask if you want to copy the code from the text. This app does not give that option. Otherwise it’s a great app. Also app support is very responsive if you have an issue.

Doesn’t work for me
I’ve logged out, deleted the app the new loaded and still can’t log in my doses. I was able to log in 2 doses when I was on Vial 1. I’m now on 3rd dose 3rd vial and nothing
Badges don’t work
Everything else works fine for me. Great concept and very helpful but you offer badges and damnit I should be getting them! Fix this for 5 stars!
