Horrible App
This app is great when it works but most of the time it’s not working. I can’t even log into my account so I’m back to using a paper log. Thank goodness my allergist gives me one. I sent an email to get help and still haven’t gotten a response. I’ve been trying since February 12th to get access and still nothing!

Doesn’t log correctly
I took a shot early one day and ever since then it still says next shot of that day. So even though I’m taking my shots on time and logging them in the app it keeps marking it as a missed dose. Thankfully my doctor is aware this app is trash and gave me a paper log to fill out.
Good when it works
It keeps shutting down. Giving me wrong reminders and won’t log my injections. But when it works it’s very convenient and very informative
Constantly Incorrect Notifications
My provider put me on a maintenance dose/schedule until my next allergy test, and the app had been confused ever since. I get notifications every day, regardless of when injections are due, and today I got “it’s been 10 days since your last injection”, even though the calendar shows my injection 2 dats ago (and all the other injections I have entered this month).

Just doesn’t work
My son started treatment two weeks ago. Drs office sent home flyer about this app. Have been trying to get registered ever since.
Confirmed that email address was entered correctly at office; deleted and reinstalled; tried from different device ... nothing. Just “We cannot locate that email address in our system” repeatedly.
Called drs office again, they said it has to match the phone number in your account and the email - fine - except it doesn’t ask for my phone number.
Giving up.

Terrible
Despite entering the dose, it shows as a missed dose. My count goes from two to three and then back to two no matter the actual dose count. The next dose date is usually incorrect. It's basically useless. ☹️☹️
Good idea but...
App very inconsistent. Constantly having to log back in, often refuses to accept data i accept until it’s entered multiple times. Tells me I am to soon for next shot when I am not.... App is a good idea in theory, just doesn’t work well.
When it works....
So this app worked great a few months back, then for the last 2 months, nothing. I have logged out, logged back in, deleted the app and then downloaded it again (which usually works to fix any bugs), nothing. It hasn’t recorded a single dose since my first dose two months ago. The tech people uploaded my a little after half way through my vial, so it showed I had done 8 doses of my 14 (not on the calendar, just the data log). Since the techs loaded those and “reset my profile”, nada. Then today it won’t even log the dose, just flashes back to the screen asking if I want to log a dose. Oh and because it isn’t logging the dose on the calendar, I am getting DAILY reminders to do my allergy shot instead of every other day. The girl at the clinic is baffled and is trying to get the techs to fix it, but nothing is working. What did they do two months ago to screw this up so badly and can they please fix it?

Not cool
I tried to log an injection one morning, not knowing that our internet was down. The app asked me to log in again, so I entered my email, but it never sent me a code. I don’t have the original code number, and there is no way to leave that screen. Also no United Allergy Services contact information appears anywhere in my paper packet. I restarted my phone, hoping that would restart the app, but no help. I even installed the updated app, but the same problem—enter your email and the code, but no code is ever sent. Very irritating! I would have given it zero stars, but it wouldn’t let me.
PS. The next day I got 5 codes, one after another. Fortunately, one of them worked.

This morning (Friday) when I was going to log my injections, it said it was unscheduled. I checked under schedule and the app thought it was only Thursday! This is ludicrous!

I’m guessing My Allergy Pal is off by 12 hours. It won’t let me log my shots in the morning when I take them, but later in the day it will. This app is ok when it works, but it rarely works!
PS. The next day I got 5 codes, one after another. Fortunately, one of them worked.

Great idea, app up and coming
For the longest time it kept failing. Then I realized I had to let all the messages load before I did hit log dose. Flaw in the calendar - when I was on the weekly, i set it to Wednesdays. if i missed a day and took the shot on Thursday, it said my next dose was in a week and a half. I had to manually override with an unscheduled dose through the remainder of the regiment. Hoping they can work out the bugs.
