  • Great app to get work completed

    I love that this app is so easy to navigate and input any and all information need to do my job as well as being able to add detailed note and photos easily uploaded.

    If you want an app that most of the times is pretty much unresponsive and takes forever to load this would be for you. Noting like deleting and reinstalling an app like this. If saving time and being productive is what your looking for, look else where. This cam all be yours if the price is right.
  • Using it in my school

    Most problematic app. Wish my district switched to something better.
  • Garbage

    Slow, sometimes unresponsive. Usually have to sign in twice because it had a problem the first time. Very unproductive.

  • Reinventing the wheel

    Schooldude worked fine, asset essentials is just another poorly-wrought “tech bro” approach to school maintenance, which is still loaded with guys who don’t know how to use integration like this and don’t want to learn. KISS!!

    No good. Always having to load and not at all user friendly

  • Poor app

    I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every other month because it crashes and will give the spinning wheel of death with no results.

  • Poor Notifications

    No way to notify when a new request comes into the system. Only allows an email to be sent. Huge oversight.

This feature is something we are considering for a future release of the product but there is no specific timeline for it right now.
  • WORTHLESS

    Wish there were negative rating stars.
    City uses it for citizens to report non emergency issues….
    Potholes, missing street signs and such.
    Worked once and has been total waste of time ever since. Will not let anyone log on.
    Petitioning the city to drop this software and find one that works.

  • New updates bring new features.

    Brightly has continuously updated and added new functionality to the mobile platform over the past 4 years. This is greatly appreciated from a clients view, and one of the reasons we originally went with Asset Essentials over the competition. Keep listening to client feedback for improvement opportunities.
