  • Works part of the time

    This app times out a lot, says connection lost, logs out constantly. I use it with my university and it works occasionally. I mostly just opt to wait to get on a computer because sometimes I can’t even get it to load to login.

  • What’s the deal?

    The app makes organizing work a lot easier, when it works. If it works…. I’m seriously about to tell my boss to switch back to paper work orders so I don’t have to worry about deleting and redownloading this bundle of connection failures…

  • GARBAGE

    You’re app is trash. I’ve had it downloaded for over 3 years now and It has never been
    Usable. Never even gets to the log in page. Just crashes. Figure it out.

  • Asset Essentials has been a great help

    We started using Asset Essentials to assign work orders and track work that was being completed and as of what date.
    We have been using the program for well over a year and everyone is happy with the results. We plan on continuing to use this well into the future.

  • Didn’t work for the longest time

    My school uses this for work-orders and for the first few months, it didn’t work. Said the user doesn’t have access. But when I signed in on my laptop, and then went back to my phone, it finally worked? Why should I need to sign in on my laptop first? This is such a stupid bug that prevented me from fixing my room for the longest time.

  • The worst app out there!

    Terrible app! I have to throw it away and reinstall it everyday! Absolutely the worst app on the market!

  • Worst app ever…..

    The PC version is one of the best CMMS’s I’ve ever used. The app is the worst I’ve ever seen. Trash it. Make a new one, and when you do, get your input from maintenance planners and industrial maintenance techs on what is needed and how it needs to work. All of the techs where I work have to delete the app and reinstall it at least once a week on top of it being useless. If it were me, I’d put an end to all the “Global Recharge Days”, and enact a “let’s make our app right” day…..

  • Not the best

    This ap would be nice if it worked properly. Constantly having to log in, If you can. If not you have to uninstall and reinstall. Then have to repeat every couple of days. Also if you are on your list of work orders and go to one, when you exit it brings you back to the top instead of where you left off. I’m sure there are other suggestions as well but can’t remember.
