  • This app is crap!

    Keeps closing on its own every time I try to open the app. I try to save attached photos and the photos are always clipped off short when I take them. I’m having to re enter my username and password on my work phone daily even after checking remember me. I regularly get a message saying bad gateway. I would not recommend this app for any company if your considering it don’t!

  • App needs to be reinstalled all the time

    App will work for like a day then won’t open, just crashes, requiring a reinstall. Very frustrating

  • Crashing

    Even before latest update, app crashes out on startup. Won’t even get to log-in screen. Only app on my phone with this current issue, and several co-workers are having similar issues across iOS and Android lately
  • Trash App

    This app has never worked correctly and now it doesn’t even work at all. Extremely inefficient slow running app that constantly crashes. If their goal was to create the worst possible user experience… They succeeded.
  • App won’t open.

    Tried restarting phone, uninstalling/reinstalling, still won’t start. Loading screen pops up for 20 seconds then just returns to the Home Screen. Piece of trash. Works great WHEN it works.

  • It’s only gotten worse.

    Since Brightly took over this app has not gotten any better. Constantly having to delete and reinstall the app or sign in. It’s never been this bad before. Very frustrating.

  • Frustrating to use

    We use this app at my job. Everything has to load so you have to wait for every thing you enter. Searching for an asset should be revisited in the program. Make it where you can search for things using keywords to avoid. Make that possible in the settings. Like "don't like assets with xxx in the title. Currently, I can't even use it. It won't load up and crashes every time I try to use it. Now I have to get in a computer to use that version, that I can't stand, to make work orders. I can't make them at each asset when I'm done with my call. This app is trash and needs to be overhauled. It frequently boots you when it is working.

  • Mobile App

    My team uses the mobile app and it has drastically improved our effectiveness to complete daily work. We save a lot of time. The new timer feature to help track labor costs is a great addition.

    This app Constantly makes you login always login you out. Worst app I have ever delt with

    I haft to login constantly, the app isn’t for the pentagon just keep me logged in.
