Apple Wallet not working for Set sail pass since recent update

Sunrise/sunset time

I really enjoy the sunrises and sunsets on the cruise. But in my last cruise I missed them because the app no longer has the feature that used to tell you the sunrise and sunset time.
Please add it back!! Thank you!’

Internet access

The singing in part for the internet is killing me, It’s saying I have an account but no option to reset password or figure out name or password of my account. I’m just locked out of Internet now. ****!

Useful but also needs an iPad version

The app is useful, there are some differences vs a browser but the biggest is it needs to be native for both the iPad and iPhone. Not just a 2x. Please address

Use of Royal Caribbean App

I found the app a little cumbersome to use, but was able to slowly work my way through to complete the online check in. Online check in process didn’t require all that much information, and was able to input passport information manually which was good for me.

Cococay Cancellation

Though we understand Captain’s utmost priority is the safety of its passengers, but It’s our second Perfect day at Cococay planned trip this year that got cancelled both times!!

Both times kids were super excited and both times we have been let down due to cancellations. If there was a storm forming, we should have been informed prior to the trip, rather than Day 0. Royal Caribbean has no policy in place for compensation of their customer’s loss.

Another incident about vegetarian food in Windjammer upset me as a customer. Yesterday I noticed lot of pieces of Ham in the ‘Baked pasta with Vegetables’, when I informed the service staff, he did take my plate Away, however he just mixed the dish & left it for others to continue. I am vegetarian & it’s disrespectful and deceitful to be informed to eating something that contains ham!

ALLURE

Love love love the ship !! 4 days is never enough but I tv was enough for these ports!! Coco cay is amazing what a fabulous island RC has developed!!! Great time ! Can’t wait to go back in another in January

Not very user-friendly

It’s an OK app, not very user-friendly as a lot of the times it is hard to navigate.

Great Cruise!

We have done a few cruises, however this was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean International. Without doubt, the best cruise experience we have had. The ship felt spacious despite the number of passengers on board, it was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the restaurants, the food, the entertainment, the variety of activities, the shows but without doubt, none of this would have been so good without the staff. From the moment we arrived nothing has been too much trouble. Every staff member has been happy, friendly and accommodating. We would especially like to have our thanks passed on to our attendant, Ronel and also our waiters in All Time Dining. Their time and attention was very much appreciated. They were great.
We’ll definitely cruise with you again.
