Unbelievable cruise and experience!
My husband and I had never been on a cruise nor been to Asia together, and we loved every aspect of this trip! From the exciting cities and excursions to the entertainment food and fun on the ship, we have enjoyed every minute! From the Captain to our stateroom attendant and everyone in between, we have felt nothing but special! Thank RCCL - we will be back!

Amazing cruise
We had a fantastic cruise I was very upset to hear people shouting and swearing at the poor staff on the guest services desk that I went out and bought them some chocolates some people are so rude the staff do not deserve to be treated in this way we found all staff to be very courteous and could not do enough to make our holiday perfect thank you to captain Tony for making the decision to keep your staff us holiday makers and the ship safe and all in one piece👏👏👏👏

Not a comprehensive app
I found the Royal Caribbean app to not be very user-friendly or comprehensive and I wish it was more like the new NCL app.

Vancouver to LA
We enjoyed our cruise this past week. Part of the enjoyment was the friendly staff who put forth the extra effort. Lawrence who looked after our room 4547 was so kind. Made towel animals and got everything we asked for. The animals were a real hit with my granddaughter.
In the Cascade Dining Room our servers were Jesus and Lamae. Jesus was excellent and so welcoming. They both made us feel special and were so attentive. I wish all servers were that good!!!

Best cruise line
My wife and self have cruised on a number of cruise lines. None of them came close to Royal Caribbean.
We now sail only with Royal Caribbean as this Cruise line spares no expense to ensure their guests gets the best possible experience. The housekeeping, dining options, entertainment, the app, and everything else on board always exceeded our expectations.
When it comes to cruising, our hearts will always be with Royal Caribbean.

A vacation like paradise
This is our first time to cruise and we really enjoyed everything. As in everything. From amenities, foods, entertainments, all the hardworking staff and crews of the ship.
Royal Caribbean App 101
Utterly confusing for an otherwise reasonably computer-literate octogenarian.
Trying to book onshore excursions was the first hurdle; filters did not work, options not in logical order and many not tagged with date and/or location.
Availability of Wifi not clear; even the cheapest motel has free Wifi - not here, pay thro’ the nose!
Health/Safety checks: still haven’t fathomed-out how to do it on-line before embarkation.
Get some ‘real people’ back-room boys on the job, please!
