You need to use a magnifying glass just to see the text on the new icon. Who thought that was good idea? Make it a logo instead!

Updated and functions
I have checked the past reviews and noticed that none are more recent. I decided to give the app a try and have been very pleased with it working on my iPhone 12 and 13. The app allows for payments and outage viewing as well as notifications. HIGHLY recommend people utilizing the app these days.Carl.Basham
Not a good Company

It works
Many reviewers have said this app does not work for them, but it works for me. Although it may not be the best ever, it does allow me to easily track my electric bill and pay it. That’s honestly all I care about. 5 stars because it does what I need it to do. Hopefully it works for everyone else, too.Show less(Monochrome)

Worst app design I’ve ever seen
I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I constantly update this app.When we’ve had outages sometimes it’ll let me report other times it won’t. The bill pay is horrific and if I just want to check my bill when it uses my Face ID it fails most of the time.I hate to say it but we have power outages all the time because of where we live and it’s just easier for us to call then it is to actually use this app for anything bill pay just checking our bill if you’re getting it for convenience it’s just not worth the hassle.Show lessSoMuchMe
