    The app doesn’t work over half the time. Want pull up if it wasn’t for the web siite I couldn’t see my bill
  • It’s broken

    Since December of last year I’ve been using the app to pay my bill. All of a sudden I can’t log in to pay my bill. I have an account but I now have to go to the website instead of the app to pay. All was good until now. Can y’all fix this??

    The app used to work perfectly but for the last couple of months each time I try to log on it says there’s an error and I end up having to go the website instead of using the app. It’s inconvenient

    I would be shocked if anyone under the age of 53 works for Swepco. Whoever is making decisions here has obviously never paid a bill any way other than by phone or mailing in a check. Paying online is always a nightmare auto pay LITERALLY (and I mean literally) never works. I thought, maybe I’d try out the app, I mean they have one so that’s a start...PSYCHE, it just redirects to the website. If I had any other option I would get my electricity from another business. Maybe I’ll just get some solar panels and candles.

  • Stupid app

    Not a well thought out app, sure it access your account but then it takes you to another site where you need more information that I don’t carry around with me just to be able to make a payment. Absolutely useless
  • No point to this app.

    There’s no point to this app besides a bill checker.
    You can’t pay on the app, it redirects you to use a web browser and it doesn’t even log you in for payment ease.
    Instead I’m having to memorize my account number (because you can’t even copy the account number and paste it from the app) and pay online just as I would with my browser.
    This app only is designed to take up space on your phone and redirect to a browser, no ease of use, no features.
    Lazy work, uninstalled.
    Wish I could choose a different power company.

    It is unfortunate to hear about your experience. We do allow our customers to pay their bill for free in the app by using their bank account. Customers can also report an outage/safety hazard, view your energy usage, manage your preferences, switch accounts and more. We appreciate your feedback and hope you decide to try it again.
  • Features mishap

    Pretty good app. The remember me feature for username and password does not work. With it green & turned on, you still always have to enter username and password. Please add Touch ID for logon. Fix these small issues and the app will be great.
