Very good app

It’s a very good app but they’re missing one thing that their app could connect to. If they had it for smart watches that would be even better to disconnect from having to have your phone.

Works awesome

I installed the m unit blue on my Shovelhead and it worked perfect.

I did have one bug in the app which caused the image I picked for my garage slot to show up as blank. I contacted motogadget via the message center in the app and they helped me resolve the issue within 24 hours. I had to delete the app but had to be sure to sign out of the app and delete the blue tooth connection in my iPhone prior to deleting. If you’re not sure about your sign in you can sign in on their site to test if you know your credentials. Once deleted and re installed and signed back in I re-paired it following the m-unit blue manual all of my settings for my bike were the same so it did not require reconfiguring my buttons or preferences on my bike. The image sticks now on my garage slot like it should. I am going to install a M unit Blue in my old Jeep next....

App crashes

Updated to the latest version on my iPhone.
Now the app will not launch. Big problem since the alarm on my m.unit is on

Suddenly it crashes on open

The app stopped working overnight. Now when I start it it just crashes instantly, closing. Have restarted phone, made sure I have latest versions etc. no meaningful support for this app.

Response from developer

Please delete app from phone and reinstall.

It’s great!....except...

Don’t get me wrong, I love the motogadget mblue, made my vintage build so much easier but whenever I try to enter or change data it doesn’t save. I have a 1983 Honda CM450E and am trying to build the information sheet but whenever I enter the data it doesn’t save.. kinda got tired of inputting the data over ten times, so I just wish that maybe a save button or something be included?

So glad I used (Mblue) this on my Bobber build

Build a 83Virago Bobber and this made the job easier and sooooo many nice features.

Blows

I have had an m unit on my bike for 2 years. After an off season and a new phone I tried logging in and the app says I need to verify my account. Ok. The app says it sent an email with a link but it never arrived to my email. I’ve checked the junk folder and every other place, no email. I go back to the app to request a new email but it’s not possible it only says “use the link in the email we sent”. Well I don’t have the email and I cannot get a response via email from motogadget. I cannot create a new account because m unit is paired to my account, or old phone which I don’t have anymore. I cannot ride until I find a solution. Motogadget products are fine but the app gets zero stars as well as customer service

Great

It is a great unit and upgrade for an old bike. I have one installed in my CB550F and it comes handy. For a bike that has charging issues the battery voltage and power consumption screen is nice. I think the first thing on my wish list would be an ability to graph the voltage over time. That way I can watch the charging system if needed. The rest of the app has been great.

Excellent piece of equipment.

Excellent piece of equipment. A must have to bring an older bike into the modern era.

Great App

Considering this brought modern technology to my 1977 bike, I say this is a great app. It's crashes somewhat often when opening it, hopefully that gets fixed. Other than that the app is well thought out.
