No customer service
Spent over 5 hours waiting for a doctor. Then when the app told me I was the next patient waited over an hour for them. At the same time I opened the app on another device to only find that the doctor is no longer on-line. I search through the app and finally found an 844 phone number and go figure, nobody answers the phone. You just keep getting a message saying “please stay on line for the next agent.” That’s repeated roughly ever 30 seconds with no other message. After an hour I hung up. Just a company that is willing to charge $49 and get no service. Your better off calling your own doctor or go to emergency room, at least you can see a real person and not a recording.Show lessisprky
Saved me an office visit
So easy to use. I sent a photo and was diagnosed and given a prescription in 5 minutes. With my insurance plan the $49 fee cost a lot less than an office visit.Itslaurenx2x
I got the answers I was looking for!
Dr. Padilla was really nice, and she answered my questions perfectly! See, I have an ankle sprain, and it’s healing up, but I was wondering when I could get on with my life. Well, at about 5:00 A.M. this morning, I found out the answer! It does cost some money for a Video Visit, and they don’t take anything but Quartz for insurance, but I was fortunate enough to have the $49 on a card to pay for the VV right now and it was worth every cent! I think it would be better if they took Medicaid for those times I just can’t pay, but since I was able to pay this time, it went well. And, in case anyone out there is wondering, she said I can go outside sans crutches today as long as I’ve got my foot wrap and don’t overdo it, and that I should be all healed up very soon! 😀Show lessMeaghanLemon
