No tracking accurately
My daily steps are not accurate and are always low compared to my iPhone health app even though the watch is always on me and my phone isn’t. Sleep isn’t accurate either as some nights the watch is on charge and somehow still manages to record a sleep pattern. My mum got this for a birthday present for me from a USA site but we live in the UK so don’t know how to resolve the problems I’m experiencing with the watch.Show lessChan-b17

Although this app should be compatible with my phone it won’t take any of the measurements I have tried to put in the screen is blank there is no numbers come up the watch cost a lot of money and I can’t use it without this app I am extremely disappointed please don’t buy.herbyjayne

App does not work
When you try to create an account, font is white on white background so you can’t see what you’re entering and sometimes can’t see what it’s asking for. After guessing, I created a login but then many other setup entries were similar. Units were centimeters for height, weight in kg and can’t change even if you could enter it. I worry about my data since app and watch are from China. Will try to return watchShow lessllaroseusa
Very discouraging!
The watches I bought are beautiful, but impossible to set up. Like others, when you try to register your login information nothing shows because the text and box are white on white. I don’t want to return the watches, but if I can’t use them I have no choice.
I also tried to use the OS Wear App which is supposed to be compatible too, but haven’t had any luck with it either. Maybe it’s because I use an iPhone.
At this point, I am going to do some research to find an app that will work...Show lessRekabenits

Very basic app
The app appears great at first but needs serious tweaking, it needs music support, an update that allows dates, months years to be seen. Not very compatible with IOS. Get this fixed if you want better reviews. I’d like that help please make it work better. Also can’t see time when setting alarms. And get up to date interaction with more up to date IOS apps, there is mostly apps no ones heard of for notificationsShow lessKirk Garza
