  • Can’t set up.

    Unable to set up watch. Can’t see what is typed. Everything is white is white on white.
  • Doesn’t work.....

    I bought the watch without checking out the app that goes with the watch first and that was my mistake.
    The watch itself looks really nice and works well but the problem is this app which doesn’t work well.
    I downloaded this app opened it up and have tried to use it with the watch and I did get them synced together but the app doesn’t work since you cannot see the numbers/letters to use it and it doesn’t work correctly with the watch due to the fact it isn’t reading what the watch holds in its memory so this makes buying the watch a bad buy since even synced they do not work as a unit.
    I like the watch, it’s a shame the app doesn’t work. I’ll check out other apps and find one that does work as I’ll be more careful now & I won’t buy another watch without making sure the app is usable before I buy it.

    As I’m setting up my profile it won’t allow me to put in my user name to go forward , can looking into this or I will have get a refund on my product since it’s useless to me .

  • Terrible app makes for a useless watch

    This app did work until they updated it. Since the update I haven’t been able to connect it to my iPhone. Therefore it doesn’t sync my watch - which makes the watch useless!! The time is wrong since the last charge and there’s no way to fix it without the app. Looks like I’ll have to go back to an actual Fitbit. Don’t waste your money on the watch

  • Love the watch not the app

    The watch is great and functional; however the colour of the font does not work if you use the dark screen mode for iPhone. To use the app I have to change to screen to light and then I can read what is on the screen. Not good enough
  • No Good

    Just got it for Christmas. Downloaded app and can’t change from metric to imperial. Read all the reviews and having the same issues most have had for a couple of months. Tried to go on APP support and was told I can’t find the address. Obviously nothing is being done. Sending it back and getting my refund. Not wasting my time if the same issues are from months ago.

  • Poor

    Unable to connect to network any longer. Will not take heart rate or blood pressure. Surprised time and date is accurate still. Overall not impressed.
  • Non functional software

    Unable to create account.....typing in font was white on white.......very frustrating ....
    Unable to review anything ...avoid.
  • Don’t upgrade - Q9 watch stopped communicating

    This upgrade introduced more problems. Watch wouldn’t communicate afterwards. Resetting watch, disconnecting and re-creating didn’t help.
    The developer need to either re-introduce the previous version or fix this issue.
