Can not pair device with phone.

Blank white boxes when trying to add personal info
I am trying to setup this Sally Hester watch with the Wear Health app for my grandma and am having ALOT of issues... I was able to download the app and login with email and password (even though it was white on white and I couldn’t see what was being typed...) but then I’m unable to put in personal info such as height, weight, birthday etc because I just run into a blank white screen with no ability to make a selection... anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?!Show lesslaur4577
Your app is rubbish
This app is by far the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to come across. It’s so full of glitches and will not allow you to change info once you enter it. Also when you sign in you can’t see what your writing in the email address bar. Total crap and very disappointingMartos1932
App suddenly shows no data on main screen
Starting around Sept 28, 2020 the app just stopped showing data on the main screen. You can only see logged steps, heart rate BP, and sleep if you select the detailed screen for them. The main page remains blank even after deleting the app and reloading it.jenkfla
Very disappointed
Can’t even set it up as the scroll down for height and weight is blank so can’t see what I’m trying to type in! So disappointing as the watch itself is really nice!Ez'Leigh
No Bluetooth connection
This app will no longer connect to Bluetooth in iOS since iOS 13 can me out. Please fix itGizmoHoe
Stats disappeared after the latest update
Since the last update, which I installed last night, none of my stats have been showing on the app. I pretty much open an empty app with no numbers. You cannot contact anyone because when you try, you have to write in white letters on the white background which as you can imagine can be quite challenging since you can’t see what you are writing. And then, even when you do manage to put something together, you cannot submit it. This could be just the latest update issue but I have no way of contacting anyone to fix the problem and therefore the app is completely useless to me right now.Show lessTonks_B
Not able to login
Unfortunately can’t login as the box where you need to fill with your details doesn’t show ,
Ive tried to presume and blindly login and even reset the password also but still not able to login as it doesn’t recognise my email address ,quite disappointed 😔
