App needs more R&D
Conectivity to iOS health app is nonexistent it would improve my monitoring of vitals by consolidating data into the Apple Health app. The sleep tracker is useless for shift work since it only works from 8:pm to 8:am. Having the ability to take a picture with the watch is not a selling point nor is the less that useful timers and sport features. This app needs more work to make it better.Show lessPond <3er
Needing help but can’t get anyone to respond...
I have two problems that I need help with....1.) My watch continues to stop monitoring if I don’t calibrate it with the phone app every couple hours..??? What can I do to corroborate this? I need a continuous monitor because my cardiologist is planning to place a permanent monitor in my chest!i 2.) I can’t figure out how to print or send the readings to my doctor? Please help me. This is very important.
Ok, now a 3rd problem. I have bee.n trying to contact anyone for help and have even tried to “submit a comment” in the app. Every time, I continue to get a “failure to send”??? There is no other way (that I can figure out) to reach any kind of customer service or tech support? I don’t know what to think?
The reason it’s so important for me to get this figured out, is because I have concerning cardiac issues and really do not want to have surgery to place a heart monitor (I’m only 38). Plus, and more importantly I purchased 3 watches, The other two are for my parents. My mom just had a quadruple bypass surgery on her heart and my dad had a stroke, both in the past year.... they are having the same problems with their watches! So it really is important.

Needs improvement
Along with other things that need to be fixed, the "find" feature (which allows you to find your phone from your watch) doesn't work unless the app is open. I will improve my rating if the feature is fixed. I actually would like to use this because I lose my phone a lot and I think it would be very useful. If it's a setting that I need to change somewhere please reply to my rating and help me!!!! Thanks!Show lesspurplerug

IMPERIAL SETTINGS
Where are the imperial number choices? Only using this App because I have to. Please update this App to include settings all users are familiar with no matter what region they’re from. I do not want to give access to my pictures, but I’m unable to take a picture. I’m also unable to enter a nickname so I’m stuck at the user settings set up screen. I’m going to return the product I purchased that’s requires this app to operate. The set up should be so simple, yet it’s not.Show lessPMDIS
Not connecting
It’s really good but my watch has been Unconnected for a few months and won’t connect again no matter how many times Iv re download the app and Iv even tried to make a new account please help!!ueser 11

Disappointed
I am just getting set up to use this app but can not get the app to switch from metric to imperial. Everything still needs to be entered in metric even when imperial is selected. Is this normally a problem or something that needs to be updated to fix? Really disappointed and I haven’t even started using the app yet just trying to set up my profile. Tried to send a comment through the app and it won’t let me send one. Tried to reach the support through the link before I write this review and I keep getting a message that the address is invalid. 5 minutes after downloading this app and I’m wishing I hadn’t. Funky app tbh
I really think that it’s probably a better decision for me just to wear my bracelet instead of even opening the app I really like my bracelet but that app is not really developed and it’s kind of “complicated”. The watch is pretty. I cannot get SMS notifications at all. No matter how many times I change settings on my phone or in the app. I reset the app and turn the watch off! This was my main purpose of purchasing a smart watch. Extremely disappointed. It’s attractive, but doesn’t function as advertised.Show lessMelody Eden
