Poor app
Tried multiple times to authenticate and I am caught in an authentication cycle to verify my email address but before it can accept the “change” it needs to send me a link and round and round go without it ever saving my email address. My phone number authentication was fine BUT I cannot recreate a user name and therefore I cannot log in to rent a bike?!

Bad first impression
I tried to rent a bike in Morristown NJ: (1) I could not unlock the bike and (2) I could not end the rental to the bike in question. I sent two issues regarding same. I received boilerplate emails that they’ll “be in touch soon with a resolution.” Let’s hope so. I was looking forward to riding but was unable to do so. Maybe I’ll try again some other time.

Poor customer service and charging wrong for rentals
I’ve emailed multiple times to say that they charged me wrong for rentals, with 1 being over $20 for a 40 minute bike ride when it should be $2 an hour. When emailing them I got no response at all which is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using this service unless you want to pay a substantial amount of money.

Really great service
Works really well in our little town. Only about 6 miles one end to the other and having these available is fantastic.

My niece and I were going to the park. She took her bike but I didn’t have one. Found the bike rental! We had so much fun!
Simple and effective
Used this app to rent a bike in Bellevue, IA. It was easy and it worked. Glad someone made it.
Return lock doesn’t work & $clock still ticking
I’m not paying 5$/hr every hour for their defective app & equipment. Garbage.
Bring back Zagster
Charges you $2 per hour of bike riding, while the old app zagster only charged $1. Both of my wheels were flat and my friend’s bike could only ride in gears 4 and 5. Getting the bikes out of the terminal was a nightmare, as was returning them. I wish I had just brought my own bike. Never using this service again.

This app tells you there’s bikes available at all these locations & you go and there’s never any. Absolutely miserable.
