Great fun !
Convenient way to ride bikes. Loved it! We rode 15 miles in 2 hours. We are visiting our kids and this town has so much character and history.
Will definitely do it again in our next visit. Seats are not supper comfortable but ride is very affordable. $5.50 for 2 people for 2 plus hours

Good idea, poor execution.
We wanted to rent bikes at Islandic State Park. The app uses Bluetooth to connect to the lock on the bikes to unlock the one you want to rent. The idea is a solar panel on the bike charges the lock, but it obviously doesn’t work well. We had to try 8 different bikes to find one that had any battery power to turn on the lock’s Bluetooth, then it actually unlocked another bike that I hadn’t scanned with the app. The bike was not well maintained. Gears slipped and the brakes didn’t work. The process sounds great, but it just wasn’t pulled off well.

Tried to rent an unlocked three bikes and it all failed
I am very confident with bike rentals I’ve done them at various hotels and when I lived in Jersey City I had two different citi bike accounts. This bike system just doesn’t work and now I’m faced with them charging me for a bike I never took out. They have no support system and I’m dreading the fight with MasterCard or Visa for the overcharge for the bike that never successfully unlocked…. do not rent from these people!

Horrible experience
We tried to rent 2 bikes for a date. One bike worked then 2nd bike would not unlock so we tried another one and then got bike but tire would not unlock. What a waste of time.
Easy to use
This app and rental went very smooth for me. I am a 64 year old woman and found this to be incredibly easy to use! The bike was in great shape, the lock and unlock features were described in step by step instructions. I had a very enjoyable ride, thanks to Koloni!
Lies
Said the first 60 mins was free.. I rode for 42min and it charged me $2… not to mention the bike says $1 rentals.. other than that the bike was “okay” and it worked so

The whole system doesn’t work as well for the user. My partner had to use a second bike because the bike wouldn’t unlock and the communication with the app was bad. He was being charged for both bikes.

Internet signal
App loses signal and prevents from being able to return the bike. I spend a lot of time trying to get a signal to return the bike.
