  • Solid app with lots of options

Makes is easy to track, setup and keep a workout routine. There are a ton of exercises but it’s easy to add the ones I couldn’t find. The only thing I could even complain about is the template section. I wish there was a way to just create template. I’ve made the mistake of doing a workout and forgetting to hit the add template button.

I also might be missing it but it would be nice if there was an area where people could share QR routine codes. I know I have base workout but it’s always nice to see what other people put together.

Great app! Please keep up the great work.

  • awesome app! But one request

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and I love it! Props to the creators for giving this to us for free. It has tons of exercises, easy to use UI and makes adding sets and reps very simple and fast. It’s also very smooth and I’ve not had any problems. But, I do really want a timer! This is the only thing I feel that this app is missing and it would be awesome if a timer was added in the exercise logging portion so we can easily add the set, hit the timer icon and type a time. 10/10 recommend the app.

  • EVERYTHING I WANTED!

I’ve been looking for an app like this for years! It’s completely free, you get all your analytics for free no hidden costs! There’s heaps of exercises in the library plus you can add your own too! I haven’t found anything to fault so far. So excited to see my weightlifting progression.
  • High quality design

The attention to detail is obvious in the design of this app, and the developers know their user base well. It’s hard to find an app that fulfills it’s function so seamlessly. It’s hard to believe that this is free without ads.

Please continue working on this app, and I hope features like iCloud sync will be available soon. I would also happily donate to the developers as another review offered. I hope this app stays free for everyone to enjoy as it makes it more rewarding to workout.

  • Decent, missing integrations

This app is a fairly comprehensive rebuild of the Strong app. It has most of the same features with a spin of its own. I’ve seen comments of people having issues with the app loading or losing data. I personally haven’t had this problem yet.

One major drawback of the app is it doesn’t seem to integrate with any other 3rd party apps, nor does it integrate with Apple HealthKit. This makes the app unusable for me as data is a core foundational component of my physical regimen.

If this app ever implements healthkit integration I’ll be back! Cheers.

  • Solid App - Best Tracker I’ve Tried

I have probably downloaded 20 different workout logging apps, and this one is the only one I have kept using. I’ve been using it for about a year and a half, been able to get help when needed, and I am very satisfied, especially for something that is free. The primary limitation once you have use this for more than a year is, there is no hard reset on reporting. It’s not really a cardio tracker, but I want all my information in one app. Running and biking miles cannot be reported by the year. That is really my only complaint on the app. Exercise session notes would also be amazing (e.g. “increase weight on bench next time”).

There are a few limitations with larger supersets and duration tracking, but if a person is adaptable, these are not a big deal. Overall, I recommend this app more than any of the other 20+ that I have tried.

  • Everything you need

No non-sense app with zero ads.
  • Best strength training log I’ve ever used!

I have used this app for at least 4+ years now, and it is exactly what I needed! Data tracking is key when you train by progressive overload principles. There is no better app when it comes to table charts and graphing your stats. Get it, customize it and start crushing it today!!!!
  • Almost too good to believe.

This app has everything I was looking for in an app to track my workouts. It comes preloaded with a catalog of just about every exercise out there, and amazing customizations for extra exercises you wanna add.
I cannot believe that it's free. To the developer: please for the love of God, give app users a way to donate to the further development of this app. I appreciate that this app is free and know that there is a large community out there that would match your generosity.
    Suggestions:
    - A new category of exercises for stretching. I understand this may be a little off focus for this specific app, but I personally find myself wanting it because I do better with my pre and post workout stretches when I have a list of specific ones to follow.
    - An option to input the user's weight, which could be calculated into the overall volume of the workout for body weight exercises. I'm not sure if that's how it works, but it's just a thought.
