Terrible!
I loved my watch when I first purchased it. Then it began to lose twenty minutes. I could never get it synced. I finally got a newer fossil watch but it also was hard to sync. I decided to try again and bought another new battery today. It won’t go to the correct time . The hands don’t move with the arrows. My contacts won’t come up to pair with notifications: only other apps are available to pair. I’m really sorry I tried and will not buy another fossil hybrid!

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t sync with watch anymore. Hey fossil update the app to work with q watch. I’m sure I’ll get generic response and nothing will ever be accomplished by fossil

If you have the watch it is easy to set up and really helpful with helpful tracking
Problems with a
Watch stopped and I put in fresh battery but there was no response and watch did not vibrate. Tried a second new battery and still no response. Help!

Awsome watch looks stylish looks modern everything in a watch you look for at an affordable price got mine some time ago I can stay connected 24/7 only thing I would recommend is it’s quite a heavy watch and the buttons dig into my skin but I’ve had it on for so long I’m used to it will definitely upgrade to the new gen soon

Where is this so-called new Fossil Q??
Attempted to pair with my Fossil Hybrid Smartphone App and it keeps telling me it can only pair with the “new” Fossil Q app. WHERE IS THIS NEW APP???
Not working
I’ve had the Motion Q tracker since June, 2017. It’s worked great until July 1, 2020. It’s connected, it flashes all the colours but it will not post steps or sleep. I see your last update was four months ago. I think it’s time that it was done again as I can’t get this to work at all☹️

i have a Q Dreamer and my app says it can’t record my sleeping. very confused why, since i bought it specifically for that. please help. thank you!
Watch is okay so far
I received this as a gift back in 2017 and now just recently set it up. It tracks sleep and steps fine. The only thing I really want from the watch is being able to have three features (like activity along with skip song plus go back to previous song.) I feel like if more customization was added, the watch would feel better. Right now it feels like everything is preset and I’m not digging it.

Thank you for your feedback! You can customize the bottom pusher to take a picture, track your customized goal, or play/pause and skip tracks directly from your hybrid smartwatch!
