When I first downloaded the app, it wouldn’t even let me open the instruction thing. I gave it a two star because when it did eventually let me get to the stretches. The stretches were OK.Issabell k
Need more audio cues

Great start!
1. Give more time between pisitions. When hear the bell I rush to hit "pause" so I can study the new position or get into it then I push play.
2. Add a "time out" interruption " My phone's lock screen activates during the 6th stretch session and then I don't get a signal the 30 sec is over.Show lessmpmsap
