Extremely poor costumer service
To whom it may concern,
I have tried several times to delete my profile from this app and sent several request by the app to delete my profile from your data base however no one has helped me.
I sent an email asking to delete my profile and no one has contacted me whatsoever to help me to delete my profile!!!
For you information your site is full of Fake profiles trying to find their next victim to scam and you are not doing anything about it so there is little to none protection or care for your clients!!!
Totally shocking experience at your site!
So I hope this time somebody can comeback to me and please delete my profile and all my data from your site.

Waisted money
I was very disappointed on how much money this site takes in exchanging numbers with people from China and not being able to do so. I don’t understand how other profiles that are not from China allows you to exchange and not anyone from China this is really not fair and so cost affective. I have read reviews that have also had the same problem and I have also contacted the support team about the situation and got nothing out of it even tried to send voice message and they could not hear my messages which makes me furious because I spent money and it didn’t work this site is just greedy and so unfair there are no explanations on how to use video chat at all just tells u how much it costs I have spent well over $1000 in chatting and fell in love but there was no way of being able to exchange our numbers I will make sure to tell people that this site is all a scam to making money on people who put there trust in it

Expensive
I Found some people I would love to get to know more but I have spend almost $70 to have 2 conversations that only went back and forth like 8 times. Come on now that is ridiculous to charge someone that much money and you do not even get to know them before you have to put more money just to finish a topic or a conversation.
It’s not right. I am extremely disappointed and the sad part is I did find 3 potential Men that could finally make me happy but now I can not continue the conversation as it is way too much money for this site. So Thank you I am very disappointed and I lost a lot of money today.

Waste of Time and Energy
This app is a scam. Read all the other negative reviews and don’t bother. The app seems great initially. Until minutes in, you start receiving correspondence that’s pre-written by “people you are supposed to be compatible” with. The reason they e-mail/chat with you is because each time you read a chat, unknowingly, it uses your “coins.” After about three messages, you receive a notice to add coins and/or become a member to continue with the conversation. Membership does not entail unlimited use. Even as a member, you still have to pay $1 per messages, $10 per e-mails, and $15 per voice messages, and $6 per minute for video chats. Lastly, there is a disclaimer, you cannot share your email or phone number in the chat with the person you are talking to in order to move the conversation to a free session on another app. Just don’t bother…….Show lesslifeisatrip

According to the policies of our app it is strictly forbidden for anybody else to write on behalf of the members or upload photos of other people on their profiles. It's also strongly prohibited to be compensated for using the platform. If we find any violation of these rules we will ban the member and refund you the credits.Total rip off
They charge you to enroll. And then they charge you for every minute you’re on the site. They send people to write to you. But while you are reading the email and you’re responding, they are charging you per minute. They keep on sending people to talk to you so that they can increase the cost. when I wanted to get off the site, they make it almost impossible. After I got off the site, I still receive emails from people from their sister sites. This is never ending. It is a sight just to take money from those that are willing.. I have called them several times to get my name their infinite sites. And I still get emails new site with the same scam.Show lessMs. LS

The first payment you make to Join are credits and you can only msg the same person back and forth five times before you need to pay again

Not what I expected
I feel the women should be free on here ana I also feel we should be able to put a location of where we want to hear from someone so that we are not speaking with people who are geographically undesirable and probably won’t ever meet and waste time chatting with. The credits don’t last long and I don’t think I will purchase anymore and it’s sad because I’m sure there are some great gentlemen on here you’re just not able to make that match on little to know credits. Worst dating app!
Do not waste your time or money on this app! Having to spend money just to chat with other members who make contact even AFTER JOINING as a member is INSANE! It’s never ending! In addition if you want to DELETE your profile, you have to wait for the administrator to APPROVE your leaving the site! I’ve never encountered anything like this ever with other dating apps! As if it’s not difficult enough dating online in your 50’s we have to contend with administrators of an app like this!!! Total waste of time and money! I am still waiting for approval to delete my profile and information! It’s been over a week now! Another scam to try to keep you on their stupid app! SCAM!!! Didn’t read fine print
Didn’t know it would be so expensive
I know that it seems to qualify as a premium app yet newcomers that are inexperienced have not learned how to maneuver and conserve texting words and makes it harder to stay in touch when you run out and have ti purchase credits to see letters , texts, and messages about every ten minutes. This was my first time and I had to purchase twice within 20 minutes. No way I can continue with that in an affordable way. TYShow lesswant it to take
False and Misleading full of spammers
This app charges per message sent. Which is not clear when signing up. Every message you receive is from an international spammer or a bot. They claim to vet everyone but they clearly dont. I had several unauthorized charges for messages i sent because they put you on automatic renewal without disclosing after you put your credit card in. Then advise you to not send chat messages, that “emails are cheaper”. How youre supposed to have a conversation with anyone that isnt a bot is beyond me. Its VERY clear they are using false reviews from fiverr to get the 4.5 star rating in the app store. Every real review basically reads similarly to mine. I told them i wanted a refund and they said due to their TOS they couldnt do it. Its clear they get this a lot and had already implemented that into their scamming technique. Do NOT download this app. Save yourself!!!
UPDATE: in the last 4 years if complaints in these reviews, They always respond back asking for the profiles to review in question. Only after youve either blocked or deleted your profile and VERY CLEARLY stated it’s literally ALL the users on the website. They are con artists and are getting away with this from vulnerable people. Do NOT trust this app!!!!Show lessquestioninglifechoices
