Same issue
Connection problems the whole stream. I’m sick of it and you pay that kind of Money on a toy it should work properly. This is ridiculous and I have had mine two months.
Great Concept, INFURIATING Execution
The toy makes you money on stream, but you miss out on tips sometimes because of the faulty connection. The company has almost a monopoly in the industry, which makes it hard to get the fixes we need. Stop making other products and fix the problems with the ones you have. I have to reconnect my toy 3 times a stream. I honestly can’t wait until they have some competition. As soon as another company comes in, they’ll be obsolete… no doubt about it.

Champion of bad service and toys
Very very very bad connection while im working with these toys they make me big headache very poor quality and it’s losing connection all the time very bad app

I have exceeded well over what I spent for this. Seems to be a lot of negative reviews for something that has helped so many, not only have fun, but created an interactive game. I couldn’t work without it and can’t wait to get more. It’s not perfect but for what it does it is quite impressive.

Please fix connectivity issues
This app is messing with my money/tips and it disconnects my lush all the time. I have to go back almost every 30 mins on my stream to connect it again. The app also crashes like crazy. For a very expensive toy, the app should be high quality, instead of messing up constantly.

Fix connectivity bugs!
Fresh outta the box and charged, downloaded the stuff on the computer & my phone to have issues with connection; causes my lush to cut out and lose connection and causes my clients to have delayed tips which is unacceptable!!!
toy won’t stay connected to stripchat
I’ve been streaming for over two years and never had an issue , as soon as these past two recent updates have come out neither my domi or lush works. This is so frustrating because this is my main source of income. The toys were $100+ and they don’t even work past a year?
Battery
While not using it and the toy is off I have to manually turn the toy off on the app otherwise it DRAINS my battery.

This brand makes too much income to be this OFF POINT with technology that continuously disconnects especially while you’re online working! Please put in more effort to update this app and make sure it’s working with the sites and models that keep your lights on
