  • Please enable Car Play!!!

    If any app should have Car Play functionality, it is this one.

    There must be some technical issues where it always try to refresh (rather than cache in poor reception)… which means the app can take ages to load in car parks (where we use it!).

    Please address these.

    When it works, it’s great… but that isn’t as often as it should be.

  • CarPlay needed

    Works well but 100% Needs CarPlay so I don’t need to pick up my phone to open the boom gate. Would be great to just press open gate on the cars display
  • Needs CarPlay integration

    I have to unplug my phone to access or exit the car park because there’s no integration with the car - basic functionality missing
  • Frustrated

    This has to be one of the most frustrating apps to use. The level of stress this app causes me entering or exiting my work car park is next level.

    There’s no ability to edit your booking, you’ve got to cancel and rebook, which is ridiculous.

    When exiting the car park, numerous times the app has “enter car park” as the option to open, rather than exit. It’s just inefficient.

    Also, there needs to be better hands free functionality because it’s illegal to use your phone, and I’d prefer not to need to place my car in park and then use the app.

  • Mediocre

    Maybe fix your app so that when we try and book a spot when a new date is released it doesn’t crash repeatedly until the spots are all exhausted. Rather than offering up some lame “check your internet connection” excuse, when that’s definitely not the issue and it’s the apps inability to handle the demand at that point in time.

    To prospective downloaders avoid using if possible, unfortunately for me that isn’t an option.

  • Poorly developed app

    If someone parks in my allocated spot, often app would not let me cancel booking and rebook, or find me an alternative spot. Showed up status 500 error message that means nothing to end user. The whole year I reported this every time it happened, nothing improved, customer support and developer did not seem willing to fix, putting blame elsewhere. Yes I did have full 5G signal strength.

  • Your app is trash

    Trash app that most of the time can’t even handle making a booking let alone display the bookings you’ve made. Authentication issues galore and app keeps timing out.
  • Why is Car a registration optional?!!!!

    Car registrations should be mandatory for user profiles. Pointless if we can’t identity who is in which bay when sites need to manage bays and find out who is incorrectly parked. And help us reach out to registered drivers
  • Requires drivers to use their phone in the car!

    This app is not safe or practical to use. Requiring drivers to unlock their phone, open the app, try and find the right gate (the app sometimes gets it right, but just as often doesn’t) etc while in a vehicle with the motor running doesn’t make sense. This needs a rework from a driver experience point of view, including Car Play as a minimum.

  • App not working and no support provided

    Hi- the base up app is not working for me. Initially no buildings loaded despite my using my work email address and so I deleted the app and attempted to reload. Now I get a 401 authentication error saying my profile can’t be loaded but nothing happens when I hit retry. I have emailed the base up team twice for help and received no response. Please assist.
