    I love this app. It makes booking parking so easy. Every time I have a question the customer support team are so helpful and friendly.

    Use it for work parking and it’s a great experience.
  • Worst

    Bluetooth was on and connectivity was so bad. I was at the gates waiting for at least 15 minutes.
    Security and “help” contact numbers couldn’t even help. Had to reverse and exit the lane, as the Bluetooth kept opening the wrong boom gate.
    I never thought I could have such a bad experience parking my car in a building....

  • Great app and service

    This is a great service and very easy to use app. I’ve been using a few times this week with no issues.
    If you could add a map of where a parking spot is, this can help find some of the obscure ones that I was assigned.
    Also, it would be great to have the ability to change spot if access to it was difficult or it was taken by someone else.

  • Dark theme support

    Even if you don’t develop native app, please make sure that your app works fine on dark theme. Date/Time pickers are “invisible” when book a parking
  • Not reliable

    Most of times when I approach the boom gate, I have to restart the app because of Bluetooth not picked up. It is also hard to hold Entry or Exit flag for opening the gate as they flip. If the app cannot auto detect I am gong to Entry or Exit, provide a checkbox and let me decide. Is my phone too old for this app?

  • Improvement only on paper

    Instead of monitoring and providing information about the closest available parking spots this application requires users to actively book car park one week ahead. Regardless if they are overseas or on holiday. Since booking is open in the middle of the night people are loosing sleep over securing a parking spot. It replaced a first in first served system with a first booked first served system. Because cancelling also requires a user action car park utilisation decreased since the introduction of this app.
