Garbage
Even when it lets you sign in it’s awful. I booked two slots back to back two months out and it allowed someone else to come in later and book between my two bookings. Uninstall.
So frustrating
The app used to work but hasn’t for awhile now. So frustrating that I can’t book an appointment and I have to call to schedule. Makes me want to just book somewhere else that’s easier to book appointments instead of trying to have a conversation with my screaming kids in background.
App doesn’t work
I used to love using this app to make hair appointments for my kids. It was super easy to use. But now the app doesn’t work at all, just a blue line goes across the page and it says app is no longer available
Pre-paid card
The app won’t let me add a new card to see my balance.
It used to work
It used to work but now it does not. A blue loading ball rolls across the screen but never actually loads. I was hoping an update would solve the issue but it has been like this for months.
App needs some work
App is good about setting appointments but makes you fill out all of your information almost every time you make an appointment, even though you are signed in.

App is the garbage doesn’t work and the people there are very rude and would not recommend going to any of them

Made an appointment, haven’t gone yet. Had to call to get the price and no one answered. So we will see.

I’ve never had a problem with this app until recently. It doesn’t work anymore!! Nothing comes up, just a blue line that moves across the screen. No updates are available either.
