So frustrating
The app used to work but hasn’t for awhile now. So frustrating that I can’t book an appointment and I have to call to schedule. Makes me want to just book somewhere else that’s easier to book appointments instead of trying to have a conversation with my screaming kids in background.JennEllen

I used to love using this app to make hair appointments for my kids. It was super easy to use. But now the app doesn’t work at all, just a blue line goes across the page and it says app is no longer availableRLS1215

It used to work
It used to work but now it does not. A blue loading ball rolls across the screen but never actually loads. I was hoping an update would solve the issue but it has been like this for months.gatecrashergirl

App is good about setting appointments but makes you fill out all of your information almost every time you make an appointment, even though you are signed in.bfyvxjusc

I’ve never had a problem with this app until recently. It doesn’t work anymore!! Nothing comes up, just a blue line that moves across the screen. No updates are available either.Starlet60
Needs Upgrades
It’s great to be able to pick who you want to cut your hair if you’ve been there before. It would be great if you could see what time you scheduled your appointment for, and to be able to change or cancel the date/time without having to call the store.Established_2013
