Accessability issue

In voice over mode I can not type anything in the username field. It just clicks when I type anything.

Unable to book trip

After spending 30 minutes on the phone, I was given insufficient instructions to use the app. I gave up and attempted to book my ride with dispatch, but was told they were only taking requests for chemotherapy or dialysis. Guess I’ll have to forego this doctors appointment…. Extremely poor service, and this is not the first incident.Aaaassa

Use the phone, they don’t always use the app

Mostly, if its some kind of normal thing during regular business hours, ive never had a problem. Still, better have a plan B in case something happens and no one shows up

If you have some kind of appointment that is even a little bit out of the ordinary like a sleep study or an in the car covid test, use the phone. Do not use this app. It will screw up your whole life.

Learn HOW to read this app and its functions and what it can or cannot do. Never choose “other” is what i was told by a dispatcher. Your request hasn’t been assigned if you dont see the name of a company .

Poorly thought out for the most part especially for older people.

They need to add a real time real person chat function

Can’t even sign up

Error 400, deleted and redownloaded. Still getting the same error code every time I try to sign up.

App, website, and phone calls don’t work but will

The app needs to be updated and bugs fixed for self scheduling rides. Users are currently unable to add preset destinations to favorites both in the app and online. The app does not allow the screen to change over from pick up to drop off currently not allowing any one to schedule rides. It shouldn’t be a difficult fix all you need to do is apply the proper code to the button to be preset with the slide aka the page being shown. Please fix ASAP as many people who are waiting don’t have the time to wait and your app and website are causing it. Thank you and have a nice day.

App doesn’t work

This app does not allow you to login… It does not work at all

Fixed a reported bug with 2 days!! Much Appreciated

I started using the app about a month back and I liked the features like copy the previous trip, map indicating current location etc. there are some minor bugs here and there but still pretty much a wonderful app to use for everyday bookings.

Yesterday morning (after updating to latest version) the app stopped working for me and all of those who I know uses the App.

Reached out to the tech team over email and child see the issue resolved today with sniffer update.

Thanks to whomever worked on getting this fixed quick.

Problems

It’s been 3 days now that every time I open the app all I get is an error message. I cannot see my past or current trips and I cannot book any new ones

Buggy After Latest Update

After the latest update to the app, I cannot use it at all. It keeps sending an error message and not allowing me to book rides. I need to use the app to book a ride for a close family member to a much needed medical procedure. Disappointed.
