    Worst account opening experience ever. Requested to open account more than two weeks ago, show is still ongoing. Emails asking to upload unspecified documents, however online functionality doesnโ€™t allow to upload anything, status of the application-processing. I found that from work computer I can see a request and form to upload, at home nothing is visible. Absolutely worst experience.

  • Bringing up the rear: Multi-Leg Trades, Costs, Slippage โ€ฆ

    I thought tasty was a leader but Iโ€™m afraid they are well behind the leaders when it comes to multi-legged trade entry ๐Ÿ˜ข Entering a simple 112 trade means legging in which means double the costs plus slippage. BP Also seems to be all over the place, no consistency between iPad and desktop with wild swings intraday Time to lift your game tasty!!!

    Thank you for the feedback. The ability to place custom multi-leg futures options trades will be made available within the next 3-4 weeks. Breaking the order into two separate orders, although not ideal, does not result in an increased commission cost. All opening futures options trades are charged a commission per option, not per order. The 112 trade will cost the same regardless of how you route the trade.
  • Force closing is a needed function with this app

    The newly implimented feature, close at X percentage, does not work. After setting the desired profit percentage to close, I am then unable to choose how many units of the trade I would like to apply to this closing order. When pressing one of the three options the app shorts not respond nor can you recover from this point in the app. Force close needed. Speaking of needing to force close, the other current bug is still present if waking up the app from standby, no visual chart data will display. The app needs to be forced closed in order to display a chart again. That said, I cannot give this app anything more than 2 stars until one does not need to rely on force closing during every day, routine use.

  • Great platform and great app

    I moved from Robinhood to TastyTrade. So far Iโ€™ve been very impressed with their trading platforms as well as their learning materials. As an organization they seem to be all able teaching and making their customers profitable traders. They provide boatloads of content for free.

    I think theyโ€™ve done a great job bringing a large portion of their desktop platform to mobile device. Itโ€™s got a similar look and feel and works really well. I love the customization features as well. I was able to customize the columns to show all the statistics I was interested in.

    This is a great platform for experienced traders and newer traders that are hoping to advance their skills.

  • Frustration with every update

    This app would be quite good if it consistently functioned well, however that is rarely the case. More often than not , with every update comes a new, very annoying problem. Feels like app bug whack a mole. For example, the previous update caused the app to login loop 4 times anytime trying to pull the app from standby. This most recent update, charts will not display after pulling from standby. Considering what most are trying to accomplish with this app, these bugs are beyond frustrating. Luckily the TT desktop platform is solid, otherwise it would be a hard sell for me to stick around through the constant app frustrations.

  • Great platform

    Brilliant app and desktop platform. Great educational content from tasty everyday. The trade desk is highly responsive with any questions and to let you know if you have expiring options and how to deal with them. I would highly recommend.

  • NEED SOME WORKโ€” Please?

    I think Iโ€™m going to fund my account soon, despite me being so hesitant these past few years. I really wish the charts were more like TradingViewโ€™s, or at least Webullโ€™s, both on mobile & desktop, because the charts are frustrating to work with. Not only that, but I also wish they have a widget, where Iโ€™m able to view my open positions, like how Robinhood does without having to open the app. Please consider these improvements, more so on the ability to customize layouts & with a wider range of configuration options. Iโ€™m going to give Tasty a try as a play account, but Iโ€™m not sure if I could fully get over the drawbacks to fully commit.

  • Font size

    Pls allow to increase the font size, tried with iPhone font size but app fonts remains same,
    Otherwise works well, would be great to see P N L as well
