Buggy
I love this brokerage, I love the company. App is usable has some glitches. At the end of the day, they’ve never had a day where you can’t trade because the markets are too busy (like Robinhood). I’ve never had downtime and these people are great. This is the best brokerage.

Better than the rest
Listen, the app isn’t perfect but it keeps getting better. All I want to do is EASILY trade options, futures and the occasional stock with a broker who lets me do what I want with technology that’s fast and not bloated. Thanks Tasty.

Good with little interactive issues
Hi team, can u fix the following
1) on click of search the app closes in iPad.
2) the portrait rotation orientation doesnt show the menu, is this a setting to change, if not please fix it.

The worst broker that I’ve ever seen

Good but...
We would really use Order Book Level 2, both on mobile and OS versions of the app. It is really frustrating that we have to rely on other providers in order to access the order book for any particular stock

Very poor costumer service
A few days ago, the platform wasn’t working on any of the devices and was not accessible on the web while I was trying to reduce my exposure during a market down day. It took the costumer service 4 days to get back to me with a hollow apology and saying that issue is resolved. They didn’t even do that for my wife.

This kind of issues need to be addressed live and costumer service of a broker should be accessible at all times when market is open. At least that’s what good brokers do.

Good app. Needs improvement
I like the app overall. Easy to understand and use. Would be useful to have it landscape mode too for tablets and include a portfolio report to see realised returns etc

Unreliable
This app is unreliable and doesn’t show the same information as the website app.

The UI is not very nice and difficult to navigate. It feels so outdated.
