  • Easy to use but p/l quotes are often blank

    I love this company for the variety of products and ease of use. My biggest complaint is that my P/L often shows up as blank and I have to restart the app usually several times to get a Quick Look at p/l. I don’t scalp and I don’t depend on instant quotes to make decisions (most of the time) but if you did it would not be good. Other than that that app is overall good. I think they should focus less on features and just work on cleaning it up and making it reliable again. I used to not have these issues but now it’s all the time. I still like this company and I’m not leaving.

  • Decent app but needs work

    Tasty trade is a pretty good brokerage. The orders usually fill when they should but sometimes I feel like the fill price could have been better. The basic functionalities of the app are okay, but there are frequently many glitches with the charts on mobile, such as the axes randomly screwing up and the y-axis spontaneously going into increments of 100,000 and making the graph looked infinitely squished. Sometimes when you don’t even touch the graph but change between the daily & monthly charts, it screws them up too. Another issue is the order entry screen: sometimes it shows you the “max gain and loss” for the last trade you started to enter instead of the current one. It’s a bit wonky. Also the charts are sometimes not showing the date ranges that they should. Sometimes I try to pull up the 5 year or the 2 year charts on some major stocks that have definitely been trading for decades, it only shows since the beginning of this year and won’t show any earlier data. The analysis tools on mobile are also lacking and the user interface for the desktop Mac OS app could be less confusing too for the analysis tools.

  • Watchlist has disappeared

    The app is great and I use it to put my trades more than on the computer. But I think the recent update has removed the watchlist. Unless it's placed somewhere that I can't find it. Please return it back. Thanks.

    Thank you for the feedback, Denz. The watchlist has not been removed. The navigation bar can now be customized. Please uninstall and then reinstall the mobile app and you will see the customizable navigation bar at the bottom of the app.
  • Needs Papertrade option

    I don’t understand how a company that prides itself on educating and teaching option strategies doesn’t have the ability to practice them without risk.
    Oversize I love the platform, with papertading it’s 5stars

  • So disappointed! Bug after bug!

    I just transferred significant amount of money to tasty, hoping the platform will be much more convenient to trade options than IB. I am so disappointed. The app is so buggy. These are not only simple bugs like columns configuration not saving. Even balances show incorrectly and require app restart. Regretfully I may have to transfer money back to IB :( Please fix the bugs. Happy to update the review once fixed.

  • A Kentucky Thanks

    A big thanks to the dev team, it keeps getting easier and easier. The only thing that I would add is the ability to set min/max quantities for options,stocks & futures based on each individual account…this would not only speed up placing trades when the market is moving fast, but reduce fat finger mistakes and eliminate over sizing trades. When placing at ‘Similar’ trade in one account, the switching to another account~would either automatically apply the max quantity for that account or the same quantity from the current trade that could easily be adjusted.

  • So many glitches

    These are 50/50 errors - roll the dice when you open the latest app update! Ridiculous. Data doesn’t load for contracts, portfolio doesn’t allow you to close directly from your position list, events & news glitches… this is a crazy amount of trouble for a company that also has glitches & missing features on their web & desktop apps for years now. And we STILL can’t group, or maybe have the platforms auto group :-O !? your positions for you. Love TW, but TT apps are sub-par. This latest update has me seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere.

  • Connectivity isssues

    Great App but lately connectivity has been very flakey. To workaround it I have to switch from Wifi to cellular data, or restart the App several times which eventually results in a connection.

  • Awful

    Consistently inaccurate figures and now working orders have become increasingly difficult to change or cancel all the while my profit drops.

    Cheap.
