iPad Compatibility?

Love this app for my iPhone! Any possibility of making it compatible with iPads? I would love to be able to use this app with Physical Education students.

Response from developer

Hi there, this is Karan (the sole creator of Liftr). Thank you for the kind words! I currently don't have an iPad app in the works, but I will definitely consider expanding Liftr to the iPad for the future!

Has potential

App has potential but is missing to many core exercises. It has incline press but not decline. Missing too many fundamental machines etc. if the developer inventoried a typical gym they would have a majority of the exercises. I don’t have time to program them myself.

Request

Could you please add this one feature: I see the charts show a total of how much weight was done over all for the week that’s great. But could you also add charts in the exercise section, like each individual exercise has a chart where is shows weight progression over time. For example, I start off curling 25pounds for 2weeks then go up to 30pounds and the chart shows how I improved, instead of showing the overall weight volume done. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

Hey, this is Karan (the sole creator of Liftr) - thank you for the feedback! In the “strength” section of the screen for a given exercise, you can select your rep range (e.g. 8 rep Max) to see the progression over time! Please let me know if that resolves what you’re looking for, or if you have any other improvement or feature suggestions :)

Great app

Everything is working smoothly and the app might take a little of time to get used to it but once you get it, you will definitely enjoy the experience. I would like to propose 2 options to add to the app:
1) For the excercise that i create myself, if you could add a note feature in it so that i can write in details what i would need to do exactly concerning the new excercise.
2) A new section: that will regroup all the excercises with « NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED »
Thanks again for creating this wonderful application. I hope my feedback helps 😁

Hey, this is Karan (the sole creator of Liftr) - thank you for the review and I am really glad that you're enjoying the app! The most recent update should have resolved 2), and I will definitely take your feedback for 1) into consideration for future updates :)

Works good

I like this app

Great App

I do wish I had the ability to change and track my one rep max in lifts. This would be
nice in calculating percentage based routines.

Otherwise amazing app. I love it.

Is this app being updated?

As I paid for it I would appreciate live support since it needs a lot more exercises or the ability to make custom ones

Decent App

I enjoy using this app because it is easy to group up and manage my workouts. I do find it to be difficult at times to figure out what my current weight is for a certain exercise. I have to look back at my previous workout so that I can lift the correct amount of weight. I hope that the developer adds a feature to look at your current weight for an exercise, a feature that would automatically update to the most recent weight input for that specific exercise. I also would like to see more colors added for workouts because there are only six at the moment. Another issue I have is when doing exercises that are based off body weight and are counted in seconds. You can’t correctly log your time for an exercise (e.g. plank). Other than these minor issues this is a great app and has been helpful since i downloaded it.

Hi, My name is Karan, and I am the sole founder and creator of “Liftr”. I want to personally apologize for the bugs you’ve encountered while using the app :( I’ve released an update that should be out soon, that attempts to fix these issues and hopefully allows you to use the app as it was intended. In addition, I would be more than happy to refund you the price of the app, as the most important thing for me is that every customer is able to have a seamless user experience. Sorry for the quality issues :( Sincerely, Karan

Functionality stinks

App looks good and is slick but the functionality is abysmal. Adding info and seeing your previous lifts is so clunky that it’s basically useless. Not sure how anyone can use this.

Little things

This is a great idea. 1) please allow for longer names on the exercises and supersets. 2) make it so that after you’ve searched, you can push the “add custom” button without having to back out of the search box. Thanks man
