Well I received this hdmi/lightning cable for free from a company a few weeks ago because I wrote a product review but today was the first time I tried to use it. After failing for 10 min I decided to read the little instruction manual in the box and downloaded this app and chose the correct series and “updated” but it still doesn’t work. After reading previous reviews I now see why. What a waste of my time. I just wanted to watch a show on a bigger screen than my iPad mini lol. Guess I’ll have to reach back out to the company and see if I can get something that actually works…Show lessstinaxo
Unusable Product & Waste Of Money
I’d give it zero stars if I could because I feel like I’ve been fleeced for a useless cable that does nothing. Unless you can decipher a complicated choice of updates to find the one that’s compatible then don’t waste your money. It says plug and play but it does nothing. Useless!!!!OceanSpirit50
Save your money
This app worked once. After I first used it then it quit. Money grab and no way to report to apple because it’s a free app. Very disappointed and let down, can’t even watch movies I purchased from apple. Waste of time and mostly trust. Goodsleep? More like they sleep well on a bed of our hard earned cash. Whoever needs to fix this has to do so. Apple or goodsleep? Get it done. Scam app
Bought a hdmi cable from ebay what i thought look pretty good. Connected my iphone as i thought it was plug and play but had to download this scam app. I downloaded all updates and cable still didn’t work. After some research i found out that apps like this are just rubbish and don’t work. I had to lodge a complaint with ebay as the scammers i bought it from don’t reply so if your cable doesn’t work get your money back if you canShow lessWrong techniques used

Totally Useless
Instructions are difficult to follow and worded in Chinese English. The connector has never worked for me since day one although I’ve tried multiple times and downloaded any number of updates. Complete waste of time and money.Joburg lad

Purchased an HDMI -> lightning and it worked until apple nuked it with iOS 16.1 so they send you to this app to update but the model I have isn’t even I their categories and the closest one I could find won’t even let me download because “file doesn’t exist” the app’s UI is severely out of date and most of their “updates” don’t have a working file to download, if you really want to share your iphone screen then I’d strongly recommend the official apple one since at the very least apple automatically updates their adapters along side their updates or find a manufacturer that also keeps up with them but as of right now Belcompany doesn’t seem to care, I gave them 4 months to see if they could resolve it to no availShow lessEyeless_jack442
