I have iPhone 8+. I’ve connected everything and I can play Netflix and hear it but no picture. Very frustrating. I’ve downloaded and updated. Very annoying spent all this money on product to not gokandyqsl

This wire was a waste of my time and money the thing worked for 2 days now won’t even connect to my phone unless it’s off i have restarted my phone 100 times and switched back and forth between 2 phones do not get this unless you get a warranty cause this is horrible and wasn’t worth 15 dollars I wouldn’t pay 1 dollar for the frustration this stupid thing gave meShow lesssdbutch21
This app and the wire doesn’t work
I have a iPhone 8 update with latest software. Bought this Wired to watch all the videos on my screen I have a TV and I have a computer screen as you can hook up HDMI cords to. This app this wire neither one of them work with the iPhone 8 I’ve hooked it up at 1000 different ways of that up HDMI first lightning connector first USB first I’ve tried every different possible configuration and it doesn’t work with an iPhone ate it works with an iPhone I think I have an old iPhone SE laying around and that software works without a problem lightning connector you plug it in and it goes right to playing on screen no problems whatsoever but this is avatars incorrectly it does not work with an iPhone 8 at all.Show lesswillmark7589
Not working
The app does not work with the video dongle. The install instructions say to turn on the USB debug settings on iPhone. I have iPhone 10 and can’t for the life of me find where to turn on the debug settings to make the dongle work. Or to update, the instructions are too vaguevortexbeing
Doesn’t update
I selected the version which showed on my TV screen and through the app it successfully updated but on my TV screen the old version is still showing. Tried to unplug the cable and plug back in but still showing old version, therefore the update hasn’t worked. I now have a useless cable that won’t work with my iPhone 7.
