Wasted Potential
This product could have been great. The one thing that’s really holding it back is that I can’t crop photos to fit inside the little red frame, the cropping tool does not work like the one in the Photos app on my phone, you have much less control so you cannot fit pictures into the frame, you cannot print nearly as much stuff as you would like. The good thing about it is that it DOES actually print, so if you can finagle the image into the frame you’re good. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it one star, it actually does what it says, just poorly. Although photos with small print came out perfectly legible so that’s good too.Elyse_KL

I was originally pleased with the printer and app. It is relatively easy to use.
But as upgrades occurred, I began to have problems. As I have a slightly older printer, it apparently does not have the Bluetooth connection; i.e. I have only ever had to use the physical connection. The upgraded app keeps looking for a Bluetooth connection even when physically connected—telling me I have no printer connected. I have to keep restarting the printer to find the physical connection to my phone.
I can still print, but it is a major nuisance.enzo88929914

The app and printer are awesome. This printer is just like my old Kodak one I had that I also loved but unfortunately went with a specific camera...a very long time ago... I haven’t had any issue finding my pictures which are sorted by date, whether downloaded or taken. I’m happy.klr_ds
Good for what it is
If you want to print from your phone, this isn’t half bad. I was able to put this together in about 15 minutes and make a print right away. The print was passable. I think this is an ok item and fun to have at a party for example.DPLESQ
Piece of Crap
It’s frustrating. I hate that it took me 30 min to put together and when I’m finally able to print it, it prints in plain yellow then it tells me that my cartridge needs to be replaced. If you want people to have a “sharper image” then actually put the work into it that way people like me don’t spend money on this crap. Fix it.Grizzle360@GBPRKOOL
Useless
Can’t find any photos on my phone and doesn’t support google photos, Bluetooth does not connect despite repeated tries. No customer support. On the other hand, the test photo is beautiful. Just not anyone I know. Very disappointed.Kenole
Great little printer
Bought this for my 11 yr old for Christmas along with a scrapbook. After charging it and downloading the app & connecting it to Bluetooth we printed a picture within minutes. Good quality for such a small printer & lots of fun for my daughter.Kerrykate

I was somewhat scared reading these reviews, but this thing is awesome and fast. It does print each color one at a time but it looks super cool as it adds colors. Plus it found pictures I didn’t know I had pictures from.mell0lello
