So frustrating!!
This isn’t worth the money I paid. It doesn’t work half the time, can’t locate half the pictures I want and will sometimes throw a banner up that I need to load a cassette! When I push cancel cassette it says printing is done. What is going on? What a waste and disappointment.couldpullmyhairout!
Not Good
Cannot pull up all of the photos in a file. If the pictures are on your phone my experience shows only 50% seem to appear on this app. Very disappointeddhjbgfiigdgvxduhxfjh
Seriously irrated
I received this as a Christmas present.. We used to once that day to do a test picture. Test picture came out fine. Haven’t used it since. I opened it today to print some pictures of my kids- i got 3 pictures printed before it started to act up. You can see the lines thru the ink on the photo. Not to mention it takes forever to realize that its hooked up or that selected a picture..RyandJensensmom
Absolutely Horrible
I have thousands of pictures on my phone. This app finds one. Makes the printer absolutely worthless. Extremely disappointed.a.squires
App not ready for prime time
Very few of the photos in my library are accessed by app; not able to connect to Google Photos or Facebook; very slow printing (one pass per color (yellow, magenta, etc); cumbersome. Not recommended.KTS16

It won’t access photos from any source. I tried calling customer service and they have have no idea how to help.waltrach

Does not access all your pictures on your phone. The app has no support and sharper image customer service has no idea how to address the issue. Strongly suggest avoiding the purchase of this product. Great idea but doesn’t work!DavyRay
