  • Good in some ways

I just had trouble following the story, parts of it are very confusing. A lot of things you have to do have absolutely nothing to do with the storyline. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the quality of the graphics, the interesting puzzles (although I felt the instructions for some of these were a bit off) and the puzzle parts you had to find- a nice little extra. It would have been great if it made some sense.
  • Kept oncoming🤗

Good game, not much for story line at the end and had the shortest bonus content I’ve ever seen. Overall it was a great puzzle mystery that had one after the other of figuring out a new puzzle. Good job done . I give it thumbs up
  • Again with the DARK

This would have been perfect if not for the darkness on every scene. I realize it is for the creepy effect, but,it makes it hard to see ANYTHING at all. This means we cannot even enjoy the incredible artwork! Such a waste. Good HOS and puzzles out the wazoo.
  • Superb game

Wow, finally a game I can rave about. I personally don't pay much attention to the story line but at least no fairies and red eyed monsters. The high point of this game were the most creative, intelligent, original games I've ever seen! I really felt mentally challenged which is why I enjoyed it so much. Can't thank the creators enough. Loved it!!!!
  • The Mystery of the Aging Anomaly

Updated: I am deducting a star because the HOS scenes after the trial are mainly lists and the graphics are decreasing in quality.

Based on free trial: Right from the start, I was ensnared by the beautiful and mysterious opening cutscene with a strange creature whose head is wrapped in bandages saving a war veteran. The graphics seem like they have improved, but some cleaning would be great to enhance the game. The puzzles and HOS are creative and challenging which is expected in this series. I LOVE find and use HOS, especially the one in this game. A couple of puzzles are incorporated into the HOS as well. The pace is a little bit faster in my opinion than other MCF games which I do enjoy. The plot will most likely unfold even more as I progress because I will purchase this game! My true rating is 4.5 due to graphics, but I am rounding it up to 5 stars!
  • Creepy and a little scary, but fabulous puzzles and fun

Loving the game so far. Just purchased at this stage, and am only 2 scenes beyond trial so can’t say much about length or complete experience. I will say that so far, this game reminds me of the buzz with some of the really good BF games andI hope it stays that way. It has some of those fun puzzle-within-a-puzzle complications and the fundamentals to this point have been seamless. Great, dark game. Will update upon finishing, but wanted to give others the review if they want the sale price.
  • Black Veil

I do love these types of games. However I was a little disappointed with this one. For the most part it was a good game. It said there was a bonus scene but there isn’t. A few issues with glitches and having to restart or reload . Puzzles were fun not to hard to understand.
  • Fun

I like these games, though I’d like to see them much darker. Less fantasy and more paranormal. And my bonus chapters on this an my other MCF won’t load after I’ve completed each purchased game. I think it’s been quite a few now. Please fix this. Thank you.
  • Finally a great game

I love this game keeps you entertained and the effects are not
Bad, hidden objects are fun and kind of hard makes you think so play it and enjoy I did FINALLY
  • MCF - Black Veil - So far its Awesome!

Eipix did this round and so far it’s pretty spectacular. Custom difficulty, journal, map (one downside- hard to read map icons) morphing object in HOP with puzzle in puzzle sometimes, and collecting puzzle pieces in every scene. Indicator on inventory bar lets you know if one is available. A match3 option in hop would be amazing but no such luck. Storyline is kinda twisty so far which I adore! Graphics are crisp and characters well fleshed out. Verdict: Buy!
